Meet Erin Holder, M.Ed.
Erin Holder has been a dedicated member of the South Shore Educational Collaborative (SSEC) since 2008. She began her tenure as a transition teacher and Assistant Program Director in SSEC’s Community School program. In the fall of 2022, she was appointed Director of Student Services, a role in which she continues to support and advocate for students and staff across all SSEC programs.
Erin is a graduate of Boston Latin School and a double eagle of Boston College, where she earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Education, with a specialization in Deafblind Multi-handicap Education. She also completed Boston University’s Educational Leadership program, pursuing licensure as a Special Education Administrator and Superintendent.
Erin is committed to creating inclusive, student-centered environments grounded in trust, safety, respect, and strong relationships—fostering growth for both learners and educators.
